Made over the span of a year, Vanity is an album written and recorded by me.

This album explores much deeper subjects than my first album 'August'. Topics like life, death, regret, belief, love, heartbreak, loss, happiness, patience, impermanence (and more).

This album formed from an idea I've had for years. An album that explores different areas of emotion between birth and death. I've spent the past year trying to put these into words.

Of course, some of the emotions and feelings mentioned above are not all things that I have experienced. So it's best that I tried to put into words what I think they feel like.

Everything was recorded through a Mackie ProFX12 12-channel mixer and recorded to PreSonus' StudioOne.

Mics used were the Avantone CK6, and the Audio-Technica AT2020USB, which were used for vocals and acoustic guitars.
